I think if they'd wanted colour copies then they would have specified!

I don't think it matters, as they only want to see the grades and stuff like that.

black and white should be fine - if they've asked for certified copies then you'll have to get them copied by a solicitor who will verify they're true copies. Make sure you've got the originals handy when you register at uni in case they want to see them:smile:

I might need to send them certified copies too. Can I contact the exam board to verify the copies?

do the universities automatically get your A level results, or do you have to send them to them???

There is no need to send the universties your A-level results.

Hi.

The uni I'm going to asked me to send them copies of my qualifications. I got some black and white ones which I'm pretty sure are okay but just wondering if it NEEDS to be in colour?

Probably a stupid question but I'd like it cleared up.

just normal black and white photocopies should suffice. I doubt anyone really bothers to examine every single authenticity of every certificate of every applicant. :p:

usually, they want some sort of proof that you did get the results you say you got...

They request (and receive) that from the exam boards. Or from UCAS, who get it from the exam boards. Not sure which, but the point is for standard qualifications, it's not incumbent upon the student to prove their qualifications.
