    Yeah, but it takes ages to get there. Like 7 hours, by car anyway.

    Yeah but worth it...that's one of the reasons I want to go to uni in Manchester....long way away from parents lol

    Statisticaly it dosn't rain any more in Manchester than any where else in the country.

    The city centre is good for drinking I tend to Chorlton, Didsbury and West Didsbury as these places are so much more relaxed. I then go onto a club in Manchester. I don't really go to Fallowfield much but there are lot of student bars there.

    Trafford Centre- has everything.
    Cinema, Food, shops, laser quest, arcade....

    It is wetter along the west side of the UK than the east because of the South-Westerly prevailing wind bringing moist air off the atlantic and being forced up over the land (espeically in the north), where the air cools and condenses. It then descends onto the east where it warms and expands so not raining.

    lol - although i have tried to remove most of the trauma that was geography a-level, some bits still haunt me lol

    My school is near to Abraham Moss, I used to go swimming there you know.

    I get the met to Market Street, then get a 142/42/43 down wilmslow road to Xavs.
