    I'm stuck on these questions.

What are the 3 most important factors you look for when searching for a new career?

If you could be an animal what would you be and why?

Explain in a brief paragraph what you could bring to *company* and how this would benefit the company?

This isn't really something that you can ask people to write for you. It is an evaluation of your ability to convey your own personality and for them to get an idea of what you are like. Having someone else write it for you only defeats the purpose. Just spend some time thinking it out and I'm sure you'll manage. If you can't answer the three questions then maybe you should rethink working in a bar. Good luck though

How can they hate you because you wrote an interpertation of a question? There is no right or wrong answer, it is a question asessing your personality.

Of course you have a personality. Have you thought of any animal, even in passing? You can writen whatever animal you want, there are no right or wrong answers.

well if you can't think of anything now then sleep on it and try again in the morning. As I said there are no wrong answers so no one can really answer it for you.
