am having some difficulties in this problem
Prove That cos3xcos^2x = .5(cos3x+cos2xcos3x) then prove it equals 0.25cosx+.5cos3x+.25cos4x
i did prove the first but i cant go on

Thats because it's not true, can you think of why, or how to show it's not true?
