Imperial has one of the best engineering faculties in the UK, if not the best. Usually people only turn then Impy for an Oxbridge offer. Where do you study now if you don't mind sharing.

But at the end of the day it's a personal preference thing, it's not all about the rankings. I would find it real hard to choose between Barts and the london (Queen Mary's) and Imperial if I got an offer from both. That blasphemy to some med applicants :rolleyes:

Nah Oxbridge is for Imperial rejects like me :cool:

Come to think about it, was I THAT obvious about using Imp as a tag-along when I wrote my engineering PS with nothing specific about civil :rolleyes:

No way Im going to do stupid materials or geophysics(no offence) think I will be happy with UCL or KCL ...I reapplied this year with A*AA predictions looks like it wasnt good enough.

i'm just emailing for the sake of it. I'd rather do physics at another uni, than studying a subject i haven't really prepared myself for :s:

Will probably go to UCL this year, and will give a shot at Imperial again. I was hoping for an interview at least. I won't give up yet :h:

...I might as well try imperial next year while at uni ..but depends if I like UCl I might just stay. :smile:

. Do you live in london ? I mean are you going to live in the halls or commute.
And dont give up Im pretty sure if you try harder you can get in :top:
