What colour should I paint my office? watch

    At the moment it's blue, so I want a change. My desk is dark blue and silver though and I don't reallly want to change that, so any suggestions?

    go silver then or go white and accesorise with blues or like metallic blue silver 'small tile effect' painted on the wall

    I don;t really want to bugger about with paint effects, but thanks for your suggestion anyway I think white will looks a bit plain too.

    you have your own private office? You should search the net for colour psychology. You need a colour that's vibrant enough to stimulate you to work but not so vibrant you can't concentrate. :cool:

    Yeah, it's a room next to my room that's just for me.

    And it's about 10ft by 10ft i'd say mtbab.

    Eh I was going to say blue as blue and grey go well together...then realised it's already blue. Hmm...what about lilac or dark grape purple?

    Yeah, I'm trying to choose between aqua, lilac or kinda apple green at the moment :s:

    Aqua out of those colours! Lilac's such an artificial colour. And apple green just cannot be good (hmm why is my TSR style pinky lilac?)

    if ya gonna choose a dark colour make sure you have couple of mirrors to keep the room light, have you a got any windows or is it just afticicial light

    It's got a big window, so light's not really an issue

    Um well my parents' office is a creamy/natural type colour. That's a bit boring.

    why don't you do a small tester for each colour on a wall with some of those tiny sample cans of paint? That way you could see how each colour settles, and it could stop you from painting the whole room one colour and then regretting it!
