Look for an item in your room/house whatever, and if you love the colour, take it to homebase(?) and they will put it on a funky little machine and it will tell thme what colour it is. Then they will even look for it for you  that's what i call dedication

Lol. We'll call that plan b.
    Cool

Whatever you do, don't go for plain white - I painted my study that in the hope that it would look ultra-modern and super cool but when it's messy it looks totally crap. I'd got for a dark-ish red, personally but it won't really go with your desk...

By the way, surely you'll be off to uni soon so why does it even matter?

Cos uni's only for like 30 weeks in the year, so that's 22 I have to see my office for!

Just paint it white and get a digital projector to replace your computer monitor.

Apple Green with Fuschia polka dot
How about multicoloured rainbow stripes and splashes of paint over the ceiling and walls, dripping down.

Personally I'd say apple green or lilac. I don't know...I seem to prefer pastel colours.

I don't have a bed in my office =/ and the carpet's a neutral/cream. Yellow and blue doesn't really float my boat either, but thanks all the same.

Why don't you paint two walls white and the other two walls a different colour? It looks really good and makes the room more interesting.

Ellie hunny just leik totally go for a mint/apple green. Green is incredibly summery chicy 2005. It's in, you're in - so go for it baby girl.

DON'T go cream or white, it's bland, dull and ming ding.
