I want a girlfriend

Ive been single for a while now but i dont know why. Before i broke up with my ex loads of girls liked me and wanted me but since then not one person has been interested. Girls always tell me how cute i am and nice and how they are surprised i dont have a gf, yet they dont want me and no one else does.

I live in essex and just want to meet a nice girl, but no one notices me or sees me, girls walk through me and look away when i walk near. I just dont know what to do anymore, no one seems to want me.

Are you the one approaching them or are you just waiting for them to approach you? Make the first move. Be more self-confident and just go for it.

If you are the one approaching them, then I'm not sure what's gone wrong...

girls looking away from u isnt necessarily a bad thing. it means u put them on edge and make them feel self conciouss because they want to look good for u (hence they look away just in case they dont).

Well, women want what other women have. Example: I didn't fancy a guy until someone else did, and then I realised that he was quite a catch.

My advice? Get a female friend (whom you trust) to go around making subtle comments like, "(insert name here) looked good today, didn't he?" or... "If I didn't have a boyfriend, I'd totally do (insert name here)". Thus, other women begin to see you as a sex object, and as a potential romantic liasion.

Trust me, whenever a friend of mine comments on how hot some guy is, I always start to 'see it' even if before I didn't.

lol ull find some1. im single too, but the most annoying/frustraiting thing is being told about having admirers/being asked out when you dont either a)feel that way back or b)like them at all!. currently i have been told/know of 3 admirers. its so frustrating, and i cant help but feel a bit guilty when i see them :frown:

i want one too.

When a guy meets his best friend's awesome new girlfriend he thinks to himself: I must get a girlfriend like her!
When a woman meets her best friend's awesome new boyfriend she thinks to herself: I must have HIM!

Ok... well, basically, you've just got to be confident and go out places where you'll make new friends, join some club that mostly girls go to... some sport or other for example. Just flirt with them and if you think one of them likes you ask them out for a drink or so.

I do know what you mean ... when you just want them as friends, but they want more it's always a bit awkward because you feel you're somehow doing them wrong and don't want to hurt them... but the best thing is to gently let them know you aren't interested, otherwise you might end up hurting them more in the long run...

im just saying that i doubt many people *want* to be single, but dont jump for the first person who shows an interest, that everyone has admirers and im willing to bet anything that u (tiger) does.
