Ive finally realised the answer to so many peoples questions about the legitimacy of homosexuality.
The answers is as follows from a philosophical-science point of view.

" If homosexuality was meant to be a human form of sexuality then how is it explained that homosexuals cannot reproduce their own offspring. The human body is designed for coupling of male and female, and therefore this illegitamises homosexuality."

    Discuss.
The body also has many other ways in which it malfunctions, thus design of the bidy cannot be used as an argument against homosexuality. Also, the occurnace of homosexuality is rare enough for the permeation of humans as a species not to be threatened. However, the biological evidence cannot be used in the debate regarding whether homosexiulity is legitimate or not, this is a sicial, moral and political issue.

I agree. However, one possible counter-argument is that homosexuality is an evolutionary phenomenon designed to prevent excessive over-population. Also, if sexual acts are legitimated only if they have a reproductive function, what purpose does heterosexual oral sex have, for example?
like i said earlier, humans have sex for "pleasure" and not just reproduction. oral sex, homosexuals... it's what they get the most pleasure. it's their choice.
