Unlikely that youll find them on the internet, but books which i pretty sure do contain primary sources are, Arrian (Anabasis of Alexander), Quintus Rufius Plutarch (Alexander the Great) and i believe Robin Lane Fox (Alexander the great) has some primary referances.

If you dont mind me asking, why do you need primary sources on Alexander the Great??

Unfortunaetly the Deeds of Alexander by Callisthenes, the definitive Alexandrian history is lost and as a result most primary accounts lost, but Arrian and Plutarch are based on the Deeds of Alexander.

Personally I think it would be better if you approached finding sources from the Kingdom of Macedons angle as opposed to the Alexander III angle.

    Hope this helps!
