Big blob of jelly-like discharge

Today I found quite a big blob of a clear jelly-like substance in my pants. For the past week or so, I've had a feeling like I might be pregnant, but I just took a test and I'm not. What else could it be? I've never had it before, and it didn't look very normal.

I remember in GCSE Science our teacher was trying for a baby and told us about mucus that was kinda like egg white. The stretchier it is the more fertile you are apparently. She kept doing this pretend stretching thing with her fingers, so disturbing. Anyway you're probably just ovulating. If it happens lots or you get anything else weird going on, maybe see a doctor or nurse.

Ummm, I don't know. My last period was about three weeks ago.

Glad to hear it's probably normal though, it's never happened to me before! I got my first period six years ago, I should be used to it all by now :P
