never do 50 situps a day, that doesnt do anything! it wont spot reduce fat and wont make your stomach muscles show since the reps are too high.

just dont eat any sweets or chocolate or anything, spend a few days learning about what foods are good or bad to eat (use google), generally avoid chips and crisps, high in sat fats, also avoid pastries and stuff like that. I could lose fat simply by eating clean and not doing any exercise, but you have to eat really clean.

Eat clean? I've been quite good lately on avoiding eating crap but I know the weight has stayed off due to the bike.

I never said I didn't want to watch what I eat but I want some like easy exercises or something not as mundane as running.

swimming is good. or just go play football or something with your mates. i dunno about you but i always end up playing catch or frisbee or whatever.

If you really can't be arsed to do much in the way of excersise, best thing i can say is to keep meals small and frequent and have the majority of your carbs in the morning.

I have to admit that stu673 has a good point - any cardio exercise in the morning is great for the metabolism and in keeping you fit.

Just make sure you stretch before and after! :smile:

I'd say that swimming was the best to keep your whole body in good shape. Also, where are you going? Cos a mediterranean diet is supoosed to be really healthy i.e you won't be sat there eating chips and chocolate! Anyway, I find that I lose weight on holiday because the heat makes me less hungry.
