13/(6x2 - 5x - 6) = 13/(3x+2)(2x-3)

therefore, 13/(3x+2)(2x-3) = A/(3x+2) + B/(2x-3)

=> 13 = A(2x-3) + B(3x+2) (multiplying everything by starting denominator)

put x=0 get 13 = 2B-3A
put x=1.5 get b=2, A= -3
