Go on holdiay on the 17th, so a week on sunday..
I know this has been asked many a time , but dya think theres any way of toning up a bit or losing a few pounds within this time??

I've never tried to diet so i can't really help much on that front, but I can give you some tips if you're worried about looking a bit bloated in your bikini. Firstly, drink loads of water to flush any toxins out of your system and keep you energetic and flushed. Get 8-10 hours sleep as you'll want to feel good on your holiday. But the ultimate tip is, first thing in the morning you should drink a hot cup of water with a slice of lemon in. Apparently the body should not be subjected to cold drinks first thing in the morning as it shocks the stomach, meaning that it is more likely to bloat. By drinking hot water, this gradually allows the digestive system to begin to start work again. Breakfast should be your largest meal of the day to get the digestive system really going, meaning your metabolism will work faster, hence food is digested quicker...you get the picture!

thanks lauren.. ii will have to try that.. i have started to drink more water again so will continue that.. but didnt know about the cold drinks at breakfast! i will buy some lemons and use them with the hot water !...
