    there isnt any. normally someone suggests that we need a new mod and then theres a poll(for a laugh). if the forum administrator believes there is substance behind this he elects someone who is liked or who has been here for a while. its in his hands.

    i dont think nice and fair go together here. the stress usually lands on the former, but i would say that because ive got 1 gem.

    my popularity rating has sunk to 0.0091.

    popularity rating = no of rep points per post = no of rep points /no of posts..

    crude but quick.

    I've only been on here a few times! Post count will increase noticably in near future.
