According to some study, sleeping too much also reduces your life expectancy

Sleeping more than eight hours a night may reduce your life expectancy. A study in the Archives of General Psychiatry, US, found that people who get only six to seven hours sleep a night live longer. People who sleep eight hours or more, or less than four hours, a night were shown to have a significantly higher death rate.

Thats old news, some scientist have written a book (Laziness) and they say that sleeping and waking up naturally increases your life expectancy. So sleeping less will decrease life expectancy.
Because it reduces the stress in your life.

So overall a stressed person would be decreasing his life expectancy, while people who are calm and healthy will live longer (obviously) :bandit:
