I don't do it myself but I find it soooo annoying... but why is it that people only do it while they're asleep? Is there a change in breathing or something that provokes it??
i snore only when my asthma is particularly bad though. it drives my poor bf crazy cos he doesn't get any sleep. In fact, he's still sleeping now cos he was up all night because of my snoring poor baby...

I think we only snore when we're asleep cos a flappy bit in our throat relaxes and rattles....there I put it simply hehe!
Ohhh and how do you know you don't snore people...you're asleep, unless you don't sleep alone and people have told you...
