what hairstyle for thick hair?

I have thick, wavy hair which ends about a inch below the start of my armpit and I need a hair cut. My face is fairly chubby though, and my hair has the tendadancy to frizz, so what kind of hairstyle should I go for?
btw i straighten my hair sometimes and could do it every day if that was what the style required.

get layers cut into it (not too many if u have wavey hair)
but try not to take off any of the length

if ur keeping ur waves, try highlights, cos they look good on wavy/curly hair :biggrin:

ok, this is a bit different coz i am a boy, but what do u reckon the best hairstyle is for medium length, thick hair on a male?

I wear mine thick and long, using a black head band to keep the hair out my eyes and allowing the waves to flow backwards and curl
