My friend gets something similar on her arms, not sure what it could be though...sorry! Get it checked out by a doctor if your worried.
how big are the circles?

It sounds like the sort of thing my mum gets, she has little brown circles all over her back and stomach. It's some sort of fungus, its not deadly or anything, it's connected with dandruff i think. Apparantly rubbing selsun shampoo into it helps. Best to get it checked out by the doc in any case

My boyfriend had something similiar a little while ago, i made him go to the doctors, and they told him it was a fungal infection. He rubbed some cream into it for a few days and it went away. I don't think it's infectious. Obviously this might not be what you have but it sounds similiar. xx

ok. thanx for ur suggestions
I got similar things on my neck. I went to see the doctor about it and she told me it is probably something called Pityriasis Rosea. Its not harmful in any way and it will clear up in its own time. Thats probably what you've got, its pretty common in young adults, maybe stress related.

It's possible they're mole-type things. I cant remember the proper name, but temporarily lighter/ darker patches are quite common (particularly in summer), and rarely bad for you! Still, doctors are always good for this type of thing..
must be a case of brown-circle-itis. I prescribe some peyote cacti to dealwith it (take a chunk three times a day etc etc etc)

Ask a doc - they can see it, we can't. Might be a fungal infection though. The name begins with t but I can't remember it. My sis had one where some of her skin went very pale (looked daft with a tan) and she got some antibiotics off the doc. Try canesten as well.
