    I have had general anxiety problems since my dad died 3 months ago..I have been having problems sleeping and having panic attacks.

    I have found that Noctura, homeopathic sleeping tablets, have helped me with my insommnia and in the early stages I was put on proper sleeping tablets.

    With my panic attacks, I have read lots of books and tried to learn to control my breathing and relax more. I had one in a uni exam which sucked, but I'm getting better now at stopping them before they really start by deep breathing and positive affirmation (saying "i'm fine, i'm fine" over and over).

    i have an unbelievably bad fear of moths and butterflies but don't know why, when i was younger i used to run around catching them but now if one flies near me or i see one in the same room as me i have panic attacks and find it hard to breath. My mum thinks i should get help, i think its the flapping that freaks me out....
