    Definitely, on top of the subjects you've chosen so far or instead of Computing would be ideal, methinks.

    Check the university's entrance requirements. If you take Economics, it will provide you an introduction/grounding/foundations to the course.

    You won't need further maths, but then you won't need economics either, so if you love maths and are really good at it, take further maths, if not, take economics.

    If you decide you don't take further maths this year, you can always take it as an AS (I think)... although some of the universities like LSE say they like further maths. If you are thinking of doing economics and don't want to take the A level make sure you read up on it... the A level really gives you an insight!
