I'd do them one at breakfast, one at lunch and one at dinner although you do need to make sure that the time between each one is roughly the same. x x x
Yeah one around each mealtime - check the label/leaflet to see if you have to take before/after/with food and if you have to avoid anything (like milk, alcohol, etc.).

Should you not be asking your doctor this?

search it on the internet, but asking your chemist/doctor is what you really should do.

ive bn prescribed tablets and hav been told to take them 3 times a day. at what times should i take them?

In order to tell you this I really need to know the name of the drug you're taking and whether the instructions on the box/bottle state anything about before/after food. If they don't say anything about food then you should take your first dose as soon as you get up, the second dose half-way through your day and the last dose before you go to bed.

some you have to take w/ meals, others you have to leave time before eating.

3 times a day is normally assumed with meals or X amount of time before meals.
