Nah, blends (with a few exceptions, compass box, BNJ, black label, and a couple of others) are only good for cooking.

Fair enough, I come from a family of malt drinkers so wouldn't touch anything else, just didn't think this man should be contaminating his drink.

There are some surprisingly good blends out there, technically the abunnah I believe is classed as a blend even.

Whiskey should be enjoyed whatever way the drinker wants, it's about the experience of drinking the whiskey, so whatever way it makes you happy is the right way
