Somalia suggests that Saudi Arabia and India both get over their self importance and put up with plastic dinnerware along with the other member states.

Somalia is also concerned about the amount of time the United Nations are spending discussing their own sustenance when two and a half million people are facing famine in Niger.

Saudi Arabia gives much hard earned money to the UN, and demands that they be used to benefit our status. Otherwise, the Saudi people may simply see the UN as a fraud to waste our money.

Of course Saudi Arabia is suitably concerned about the famine in Niger, and has set aside money for the relief of the famine victims on the order of our glorious new King Abdullah.

After an ample lunch, we see the quality of the UN cuisine and give our thanks to the staff of the UN. Saudi Arabia wishes to see foods from around the world to sample other cultures.

Somalia thanks you on behalf of her government, who unfortunately are still forced to reside in Kenya.

Somalia also hopes that as fellow muslim states we can co-operate in the future.

Saudi Arabia is currently cosidering setting up a loose alliance or organisation to safeguard security in Northern Africa and the Middle East. It would be based along the lines of NATO, and all countries within the aforementioned areas, as well as those countries with vital interests there would be welcome to join. Of course this has got no further than the drawing board, but we would ask whether Somalia would be interested in joining such an organisation, which would in no way infringe upon a nation's sovereignty?

Thank you. Saudi Arabia is concerned at Somalia's current plight, and would wish to offer military and monetary aid to the Somali government, so that their country can be reclaimed.

Venezuela would like to protest against any poncychefication of UN food. Our delegates will not put up with eating leaves of large plates whereupon the decorative olive oil is of a larger mass than the food itself.

We reaffirm our belief to good, wholesome home cooking cooked by loving, wrinkly, overweight old ladies with large hips, long skirts and pinnies.

Venezuela would like to prose that we have to dining rooms. One exclusive restaurant serving cutting edge cuisine cooked by 4* michelin chefs.

One traditional folk restaurant serving a different type of cuisine each week using poor unemployed Americans as non Kitchen staff and using a different team of poor old ladies from a different country every week giving them a chance to see America with free rooms in the UN building and free entrance to New York's sights. This restaurant will serve traditional food and shall feature folk dancing and folk music as entertainment.

The fees the countries delegates pay will be equal as the less money spent on making and upkeeping the traditional restaurant will be made up by paying for the poor old ladies to have a nice time for a week.
