Swing the freezer door open and shut rapidly?

NB - not while the owner of the freezer is watching.

Don't cool the air, cool the area around you... I've got

    - Fan about 20cm away from me on full power
    - Ice cream
    - Cold fizzy drinks

So long as I don't move its alright

I have an air conditioning unit roughly the same volume as myself right next to me (I'm still in work). Alternative methods include fans, sitting in a room which gets the morning sun as it'll be cooler, or climbing into an empty fridge

Yes, A/C is the way forward tbh. However they're rather expensive. Why not try making your own Just cannibalise some parts from a large fridge, add a fan behind the cooled pipes and create an exhaust pipe that takes the hot air outside im sure there must be some sort of tutorial on teh intarweb about it.

youve just given me the BEST idea ever. an ice fan. its a fan with blades made from ice and there are coolers in the core of the ice to keep it cold. that would blow freezing cold air at you!

Its a really good idea, but the practicalities of the cooling system would render the idea nearly impossible I'm afraid
