Exit Interviews???
Wtf are exit interviews??
I've just finished my final year at college but have just got a message from my form tutor asking me to come in for the final time for an exit interview! I don't wanna be wasting my time travelling an hour to get to college for an interview if it isn't necessary....
So what is an exit interview? My sis said that it's only for 1st years who need to discuss things before moving up a year in college.. so why do I have to go?
Could anyone help me please?

LOL! hmm I must now think back... do i know of any secret crimes? um no... so yippee... I might not have to come in? Damn annoying thing is, my tutor said I should call her back if I can't make the interview and I did but she had already buggered off home!

Its like a debriefing thing so they can ask you about your time at the college and what would have been better and stuff like that. Thats how it works in jobs anyway so I'm guessing its the same! Not really necessary from your point of view but useful for them I suppose.

for ours we just had to fill in a kind of market research type questionnairre on what we thought of the college, teaching, preparation, course structure, etc. was just lots of statements where you had to put if you strongly agree, somewhat agree, neither agree or disagree, slightly disagree, strongly disagree. very boring.

well isn't that just a waste of time... here's me thinking it's something urgent! I am not gonna travel 1 hour, waste £3 on bus fare to fill in a stupid questionnaire about the college. I've had to fill in 4 since going to college already!! grrr
