21% body fat update

Well, it was 21.6 % to be precise, and now after 2 weeks of running 3 / 4 times a week and doing weights every 3 /4 times alternating between back + stomach + chest and tricep + bicep + shoulder i am 19.5%:biggrin::biggrin:. I have lost 4 pounds of fat, gained 2 of muscle?!?! and lost 2 % body fat in two weeks, little bit of diet, running and weights with some advice from here seems to be working nicely for me, cheers guys  :tsr:

What about your legs? why not do a simple chest/tri/shoulders, back/bi, legs/abs routine - it'll avoid over-training, oh, and have you ever seen a ferrari with **** wheels? i haven't.

well done on the loss though.

Depends what type of running you do.

jogging will firm them up

Squats make tonk legs.
