If anybody studies this subject, could you please let me know how many courseworks you need to do throughout AS, or A2?
Also, if you could tell me how difficult this subject is for people who have not studied this subject before.
Oh yeah, and do you need to write essays for this subject?

Sorry if info on this has been posted before, if it has, please give me the link!

    Thank you :p:

I suggest you contact your school; they will give you a clear outline of what the course requires.

Don't be; it's your education. If you don't speak up and make your questions become answered, who will? Can't afford to let other people do the talkin' at A-Level. It's your future your working for, don't be afraid of anything, your school will help you. :p: Good luck!

There's no coursework in AS for AQA Economics. 3 units and 3 exams, unit 1 is microeconomics, 2 is macroeconomics, 3 is markets at work. First 2 unit exams are multiple choice of 15 questions with data response questions while the 3rd unit exam is a data response question. At A2 there is coursework instead of one of the modules, no idea which one cos i'm doing the exam. I don't think its that much of a difficult subject just as long as you can grasp the basic concepts and theories.

The coursework is one of two possible options for Module 4; with the other option being a written exam, EU Case Study, "Working as an Economist".
I had the option of doing either: but the coursework is, allegedly, both more time consuming and marked more stringently than the EU exam.
