    Would you say 7 stone was heavy for a girl (me) thats 16 and is 5/5ft 1 tall :confused:

    Its not heavy at all but if you have a real light skeleton an next to no muscle you could still be packing lots of fat. Post a pic

    It really isn't, I'm sure you look fantastic, if you were 5'9'' or something I'd worry you were too thin. As long as you eat healthily then you'll look healthy

    Boy, you can always count on the British to come up with measures no one but them understand. Then again, you can also count on them to drink warm beer and avoid dentists.

    By the way, I'm 5'7 1/2 and weigh about 140lbs--all muscle, but i'm no bully. I'm the guy that takes the bully's lunch money.

    Don't be jealous. She knows full well it's not fat and wants loads of people to go "oooh of course not"..

    I'm 5'1 too and 8.5 stone.. and I know I'm heavy. But only because I know 8.5 stone in, say, feathers or lead would be heavy and I'd find it hard to lift. I'd find 7 stones hard to lift too :rolleyes:

    A stone is 14 pounds, which obviously makes you 10 stone

    NOOO seriously I do not want people to do that I'm just like any other girl worried about weight I doubt myself sometimes
