There should be 5 requirements to becoming a mod:

1. Good spelling and grammar
2. A post count over 1,000
3. Membership beginning BEFORE August
3. Three or more reputation gems
4. A good personality with no sexual innuendo
5. A likeable person with no enemies

no1 meets all those requirements......and when you joined doesn't really matter, its the post count, the post count shows how much you love this forum.....

That's true. But 4 of them are more-or-less inactive, so basically only 3 are regularly moderating.
