Your body is drawing bloody from the skin towards your muscles, perfectly normal if you're pushing yourself very hard(maximal effort), do your lips go blue as well? Its a bit worrying that a football training session is making you work to near max effort though, but thats hardly a bad thing.

well Ive not trained for months though ive worked a lot harder than that in the past. No blue lips that I recall

lol thats what training I have every week, we are pushed to our maximum limit - but for only one sport (Football one week camogie the next) but we are encouraged to keep up the pace and train at home as with gaelic football and camogie you have to be extremely quick to be able to get past your marker or in some cases keep up with your marker xoxo
