Advice needed about a girl

Okay. I'm in Malibu, California, right now and a friend and I are doing a tour of California. We intend to fit in a cross-border trip to Mexico (Tijuana, in particular) so that we can get drunk, party, and hook up with nice latin girls. Here's the dilemma: My friend, Mike, already knows this girl in San Diego whom he met on some Grad School visit. They hooked up then, and he's 100% sure that she would want to come to TJ and hook up with him again. So; should he go for 'safe' (but slightly boring!) option, or should he risk it (not invite her and try to hook up with sexy locals instead)?

We need your advice ASAP as we are going on Saturday and will probably need to call her in advance. Btw, he thinks she's pretty good-looking but also that it'd be more fun to both hook up with sexy -- and exotic -- locals!

Go with the gal he knows i mean that way at least one of you is certain you can hook with sum1 an i reckon still wud well gd, you never no you cud go an not meet any locals an then be gutted id deffo invite the las!
