Shoe Lift?

Has anyone heard of these lifts that add upto .25-2 .5 inches to your height?

I had two questions: do they actually work? cause something like the 2 . 5 inches looks like it wont fit in any shoe -but the 1 .5 seems more reasonable?

and secondly which high street stores can you buy them from?

I am so insecure about my height, i thought it would help, thanks!

Then you don't need them. You are not that short at all. Maybe look for something for your selfesteem instead. Sounds like the problem is your confidence and not you height.

yeah exactly, cause all my mates are taller than me, i always feel the smallest, but surely something like that will give me that extra confidence?

I don't think it will give you more confidence you will just increasingly feel like you can't go out without them. Be happy as you are and with how you look not how you look with the shoes on. For example what if you pull and take a girl home shes going to notice that you are suddenly shorter.

They will shift your centre of gravity - meaning you risk all kinds of musculoskeletal issues if you keep using them for any period of time.
