what's the site? why do you think it's a scam? have you tried contacting the company?

if you've paid for something using your card details to a fraudulent site then you'll want to alert the bank. You didn't just give them the money for the goods, you gave them your card details and they can do what they like with them.

If you've just not received goods from a genuine site and they're not cooperating then I'd contact your bank and ask if there's anything they can do (you may have some kind of insurance) and then trading standards.

If you tell us the site we may be able to help determine if it is a scam or not. What makes you think it is?

If you state the website we'll probably be able to help you further.
I'm in the same position.

The website I used was http://www.reptilica.co.uk/.

I ordered at the end of November and have not recieved my product. I have contacted them but no reply.

I've also noticed that my bank account is far lower than it should be . . .

Check your transactions, report it to your bank and they'll send you a new card if there has been any fraud.

They'll also send you a form to mark out any transaction you are disputing, then they'll attempt to recover the funds for you.

They will refund you in 99% of cases without too much hassle, they might not for the actual transaction you authorised yourself and not recieved as that is a dispute between you and the company. If you had placed with a credit card, the bank would be obliged to still pay you back, but not with a debit card.

On the other hand, any transactions which were not authorised by you AT ALL, so if your compromised details have been used without your authorisation, they will pay you back the full amount as far as I am aware.

A Google suggests it is indeed a genuine site, but with very poor customer service. Have you tried contacting them? Some people have had to send several emails before getting a response.

I bought something online with a Visa Debit card and I have a feeling that I wont be receiving that product. Is there anything I can do legally to get my money back? Or have I lost my money?

What happens when you ring their 0800 211 8130 number and ask for an update on your order?

Yesterday, voicemail.

Today, delay in services till 11th January due to holiday and weather.

It looks legit, Google shows no reports of scams. Perhaps the holiday and weather is a genuine excuse? It's not unlikely given the circumstances.

Whats it face,

What did you do? I bought some stuff from them 3 weeks ago, and they gave me the same excuse that due to holiday and weather everything is delayed. So I canceled the order and asked for a refund instead.

Were you able to get Visa to refund you the money. I have since ask a refund from them and they are still "processing" the refund request. It's been 7 days already.
I bought some products from cheapdiscountsupplements.com and a month later still havent recieve my products.

rang constantly, emailled 5 times still no reply.

had to cancel my card and get a new one lost out on £35

how can i get my money back? what should i doo?

I also ordered products from cheapdiscountsupplements on the 21st of april and have still not received them, you cannot ring them as they do not answer, left comments on there facebook page along with many other customers in the similar situation but they just delete them, I have emailed them about 14 times with only one response 'il look into it and try get your products delivered asap' but I do believe them as I am still waiting and have read one customer has been waiting since January on their face book page before they deleted it. I emailed them and told them that according to 'sales and supply of goods act' that they have breached there contact and the Im using the 'essence of time clause' in which I legally insert an acceptable deadline 10days in which I want my products or im legally entitled to a full refund the deadline is friday the 30th of this month if the do not deliver my products which, how do I go about getting a refund as I know they will not just give me one, please help as so many others are in a similar situation, and I would forward your advice onto them. thank you
