Do you feel satisfied with your llife, taking into consideration relationships, family, work, college, uni etc. :smile:

I try and think im happy, and really I should be i mean i have a great uni life, a great bf, a tops family etc, but I dont think I am, and its really my own problem. I just have to work out why im not happy.

Considering the hell I think ive been thru this year I do feel happy..whether thats because I feel relaxed I dont know.

Relationship is great, been with him nearly 2 years, he gets on so wel with my family which is also great.

Family, very good with my parents i love them to pieces. Get on well with my bro and his wife..he doesnt live with us. Relationship with my sister fluctuates. She is very hard to get on with but small doses are do-able.

Love my work..teach little kids to swim and babysit.

Uni is not happening this year..stupid 11 rejections means i didnt get in.(grrr) But a year out may be the best thing that i ever do, who knows.

I do feel happy but maybe thats because ive felt so bad in the last year or so that this seems great!

Reply 7

I voted yes.

Family = Great

School = Good

Friends = Great

Relationships/Sex life = Non-existent, so how can I be unhappy with it?

Reply 8

Everythings great apart from lack of GF

Reply 9

Relationship: Would like one - keep getting knocked back though... :frown:
Family: Not too bad really... :redface:
Work: Really should do... :rolleyes:
College: Off for the summer so that's ok...

I voted no as the main things in my life at the moment aren't going as well as I would like, at all. :redface:

what is meant by "happy"?
I took it as being satisfied with the way things are going. Which I am with almost everything except my family so I voted yes.

i guess i'll go through all the categories too...

family: crap
money: crap
health: crap
friends: good
relationship: excellent
uni: excellent

so overall i'm happy

though looking at it in those terms perhaps i should be slightly more depressed...

I'm reasonably happy. I have great parents who aren't too strict but are too laid back, my brother is the best brother on the world, my boyfriend is almost perfect, I don't have many friends but those i do have are great, I'd rather have a few great friends than have loads who maybe aren't so good.My teachers believe i can pass my A levels, everybody thinks i can make my way in the teaching world, the weather is lovely, the sun is shining, the birds are singing. I'm totally blissed out.

why does every1 believe in "hapiness"? to me life just goes on and things change so quickly from one day to the next that its impossible to say "at this time in my life im am happy/unhappy". sumtimes liufe is great sumtimes its *****...im just happy to be living it

Reply 16

My definition of happiness is total and ultimate contentment within yourself. I dont have that lately.
