It's a conceptual thing, just. You can see it best if you try to make 3D models of monoclinic, diclinic and triclinic structures. The moment you try to put in 2 angles that aren't 90º, the third one can't be 90º. Hence, any doubly oblique structure is automatically triply oblique. It's just very hard to put in systematic terms.
