My perfect skin has been ruined by spots!

is no longer perfect, usually i NEVER get any spots and stuff like that, but even when i do they clean up quickly. but ive been getting loads of them and i dont understand why  i wash my face every morning and moisturise and at night aswell.
what can i do to make them go away? :frown:

If they are pretty bad, then you can go to the doc. Different doctors give different things, but I know you can get some antibiotics which you just apply to your face, so you don't have to take tablets. One of my friends was put on the pill by her doctor to help them, but she said it just made her depressed.

If you dont think its that serious then you can just try to see if something is causing them, stress, maybe some types of food...

I find that I get loads of spots if I forget to take my vitamin tablets.

I'm sorry, that was a bit unfair. Anyway, different people have different things happen to them in puberty. My old maths teacher was 26 and he had awful spots. Any way sorry again about being harsh. These other people seem to be being more helpful.

Doesn't mean that you won't get an outbreak of spots due to puberty.
Try leaving your pores to breathe over night.

Same here, my skin is usually blemish free...until a few days before my period comes. So I guess it could be that.

Or a change in your diet?
