I just did this diet plan thingy (I'm really bored!). Anyway, it says my BMI's 18. Not sure if that's good or bad really, but it's quite interesting! :biggrin:

Do the BBC one, if you're les than 18.5 on that, you're underweight :eek:

Hmm on the BBC health one 18 is in the healthy range, but at the lowe end..i wouldn't worry

BBC say i'm 18.04, actually i'd add about .1 to that because I'm a pound more than the choice I had to choose.

20.56 mine is..

weird, I remember measuring it before and it came to about 22.5 - 23. Now it says 24. I'm pretty sure that site is trying to make people feel overweight (so that they sign up to the eDiet thing etc.)

Also, officially, below 20 is underweight, 20-25 is normal, 25-30 is moderately obese and over 30 is severely obese i think.
