hehe..i started one in an attempt to shift a few pounds but its not working :frown: I don't eat many calories a day but eat regularly things like fruit etc to maintain my metabolism. I also go to the gym 3 times a week and burn about on average 200/250 calories a session...why am i not losing weight?!?!?!
