i have got a huge gnat bite on my leg..i may also have aggravated it by scratching....
now it really hurts wen i try 2 straighten my leg...
ne1 got ne tips on how to get rid of the pain and prevent the gnats from attacking me again!

There's a silly question LOL you prevent it by using insect repellant. :wink: Put some cream on it, but it prolly won't work if you're allergic like me. I think you are when you say it's huge, which means your leg hurts 'cos of the blood poisening. Not much you can do there, just wait. I've tried everything, even pills. :/

Use either Savlon/anti-septic cream/germoline. This will ease itching and reduce inflammation so it will be less painful. Take one or two ibuprofen also if you must because they are anti-inflammitory painkillers :smile:

Put a little bit of garlic on it and hold it in place with a plaster. Don't leave it on for more than 30 minutes, else the garlic will burn your skin, but it will help kill some of the microbes in it and help it heal.

Works well with spots too.
