There is pros and cons to both so Im just wondering what everyone thinks ???

My main issue is living in halls is great socially but moneywise staying at home is better

How different is doing a college course for 2 years then going to uni in 3rd year than just doing uni for the straight 4 years ???

I would definatley suggest halls, you are gonna miss out on alot living at home (certainly going out) and in my mind its a really good step to going independent when you finally finish uni and go off to the big wide world.
