I am resitting 3 exams this month from summer, and was wondering how the marks work.
For example, i got 86/120 in my ICT exam in the summer, which came out as a B.
If i was to, for instance, get 86 again this time around but this was to be an A instead through the grade boundaries, would I get any more credit for my new 86 because it is an A or not?!

EDIT actually no because the 86/120 is the UMS score after the grade boundries have been scaled. But if you got the sam raw mark but boundries were lower then the answer would be yes

What grade you get on an individual module makes no difference at all, you may as well ignore it. If you get 86 UMS twice with one A and one B because the boundary moves it's exactly the same as getting an A twice or a B twice.
