    so my new aim in life is to become a Michelin Starred Chef and open the first Nigerian restaurant with a michelin star

    I even have a name for my place - Zamunda.

    What steps do I need to take to make my dream a reality?

    Marketing & Promotion is the key. Try and do an apprenticeship at a Michelin starred restaurant. Become a dish cleaner or something. Just be there and see how they do it. If not, do an apprenticeship at another very good restaurant. My mate wanted the same dream and he's currently junior chef at a very good restaurant in Cambridge.

    Use ridiculous ingredients - dodo and myrrh, for example - and serve portions that are not quite visible to the naked eye.
