two weeks ago i did Nine days in a row (saturday till sunday), we get paid one week in advance and payday is wednesday, i got my wage today and was expecting nothing less than £400 in my account but i found £227, obviously my shift had fallen into a new week since new week is thursday, does that mean i only got 5 out of 9 wage pay and should be expecting the remaining wage next week?
    thanks

I dont think so. Tax is about 20 ish % if you do in fact get taxed.
Best have a look at the slip and see what it says. It could be that it will roll over in the week after. If it doesnt, ask your employer as he may have forgotten to pay you.
