could anyone please recommend several universities that are good in the PG course of Piano Performance?

I would have thought that the Royal Academy of Music, Trinity College of Music, and other music colleges were more appropriate choices, instead of traditional 'universities'.

Anyway, here's a link to the RAM's pg performance programmes (MMus & MA): http://www.ram.ac.uk/study/programmesofstudy/postgraduate%20programmes/Pages/Introduction.aspx

Yep, as GC_IR says, if you want to study performance, you need a conservatoire, not a university. Your best options are probably RAM, RCM, maybe Trinity Guildhall... then you've got the lesser known ones outside of London, like Birmingham Conservatoire, RNCM etc
