I am currently in my second year living with three other people. At the beginning of the year everything seemed fine and we were all getting along well. Now things seem to be distant between everyone and things have kicked off on more than one occasion. I have always tried to look out for everyone in each situation, but I end up feeling downhearted and never show my true feelings. I am now very depressed and although things seem fine between us at the moment it seems like all I am waiting for is something to kick off again. I feel like I am being eaten away at. Always hiding my feelings. The only thing I feel I can do is move out, I would be happy to pay the bills up till I have lived here and pay rent for the entire time. I have signed a joint contract. But I don't know how to go about it, how to face my housemates, my brain is in total overload. Any help would be appreciated... Thanks x

Have a group discussion or discuss it with them one by one that it's pissing you off or upsetting you.

What do you mean 'kick off'? People will always have fall outs when they live together, especially 4 young people! I'd suggest taking a wide berth if you're not involved with the fall out, or just say what you have to say and leave it at that. Moving out is a strong reaction to a bit of tension in the house.

I wouldn't move out for just a few arguments, it seems constant, and so does the tension and falseness. I don't feel I can live in constant turmoil.
