I did my Access Diploma last year when it was not graded and the only info I had to provide on the UCAS form in the education section for the qualification was the module and the number of credits for that module.

I'm reapplying this year and I'm a bit confused as to how I'm supposed to fill it in on the UCAS form. I assumed it would be the Access to HE Diploma (ungraded - last award 2009). This asks for an overall result (which last year was just pass because it wasn't graded) but now it asks for a result for each unit. I thought maybe I was supposed to enter it like this:

But when I asked my tutor by email if I had entered it correctly she just said 'you do not need to list the individual units but list the subjects, credits & level: Psychology (18 credits) sociology (18 credits) criminology (18 credits) study skills (6 credits) – all at level 3.' it won't let me enter modules without a result on the 'ungraded' version of the qualification, but on the '2009 onwards' one there is a dropdown list for the result and one option is 'No Gr' (No grade, I assume?')
So I'm confused about whether I should list it with the individual units with their results, like above, or just the overall modules with no grades, like this:

    Can anyone help?

I'm in the same position. where our course was either 'pass or fail' so for grade or which ever the option was again, just pt in 'pass'
