I've been friends with a guy now for over a year. He lives near Bristol and I'm way up in Leeds but we've kept in touch via Skype and phone calls etc. It's built up to quite intense flirting and we've had phone sex too many times to mention. We're arranging to see each other soon but I had to tell him that I was not just meeting for sex, I really felt something for him and I'm not that sort of girl. He replied with a text basically saying he was so pleased I'd said that because he felt extremely strongly for me too. This was a few weeks ago. Last night we'd been talking together for over 4 hours, thinking about things we could do when I go down for a weekend. (He lives in the middle of nowhere) The conversation untimately ended with us retiring to bed, but before we went he said he had something to say. And he told me that over all this time he really can't hold it in any longer and that he's fallen in love with me. He already knew I was head over heels with him so we both know how the other feels. But we're not 'official' yet. Could this be because of the distance? Being unsure about whether it'll work? I'm just wondering...I don't want to sound possessive, it just made me curious because we both admitted that we're in love.

    Any ideas? Thanks. :o:

It sounds to be that it's probably just about the distance, because he genuinely seems a ncie guy. Discuss it with him when you meet up, see if you think you can handle a LD relationship. If not, it's probably not best to continue flirting with him and having phone sex...

Hope all goes well for you
