Dont know how to get out of an unsatisfying relationship. HELP!

Okay here is my story

I am one of those hansome people girls love. (Not bragging.) Recently i started going out with a girl because she had large breasts and she didnt look bad everywhere else either.

However as the weeks have progressed, she is becoming smelly down there, doesn't shave in the appropriate places, stops putting on makeup and I have noticed that she is really spotty :frown:

Now I dont want to just breakup with her, because thats harsh but sometimes i feel like yelling "**** of you dirty slag your ugly and even your tits dont make you seem pretty"

Im really in a difficult position as she wants me to commit as well and i am far too young to have a strong intimate relationship, maybe in a few years when im doing my alevels
