Advice on a beginner routine watch

    Hi there,

    I'm 5'7 and 11st5lbs. I'm wanting to lose about a stone and look a bit 'solider', as I have a little bit of flab on my chest, a bit of a belly and my arms aren't up to much.

    Can anyone recommend a workout routine that I can do at the gym for about an hour, twice a week?

    I'm not very knowledgeable about working out/fitness, which is why I'm asking.
